However, our website didn't reflect the innovation we embody—it was cluttered with inconsistent typography, varied imagery, and a scattering of messages. The task was clear: elevate our online presence to match the progressive strides we're making in the industry.

Objectives

The redesign of the Worldteam website wasn't just about a fresh look—it was strategic, setting a strong digital foundation to boost our marketing efforts. Our goals were to:

  • Modernise the Design: Give our site a contemporary, clean look that mirrors our forward-thinking ethos.

  • Enhance User Experience: Improve the site layout with easy-to-use navigation and engaging new pages, featuring dynamic sections, CTAs, animations, and forms.

  • Bolster Lead Generation: Make our website a key part of our marketing strategy, setting the stage for better strategy integration and lead capture.

  1. Innovative Time-Tracking Clock: Added a live clock that's synced with Sydney's working hours and also tracks our engineering outputs.

  2. Customised Imagery: Made sure all visual content fits with the Worldteam brand identity.

  3. Quick-Loading Animations: Created animations that not only load quickly but effectively convey our key messages.

  4. Enhanced Form Integration: Linked forms smoothly with Google Analytics and HubSpot to improve our analysis and conversion capabilities.

  5. Custom CMS: Set up a robust CMS that includes five new collections: Success Stories with 3 blogs to start with, 9 insights, 105 posts representing our best practices, and 10 playbooks that are helpful to business leaders.
